Fabricated praise is common in publishing services marketing. It is also the easiest signal that an agency cannot be trusted with your book.

Every published quote is attributable, with written consent on file.
Unedited meaning
We may trim for length; we never change the sense of what was said.

Where an author agrees, we will connect you directly for a candid conversation.

A sample scope document
Ask to see how deliverables, dates and costs are written down. Vagueness here predicts vagueness later.
A redacted royalty statement
If reporting cannot be shown in outline, it probably cannot be reconciled either.
A translator sample
Paid samples on your own text tell you more than any testimonial.
A named reference call
One candid conversation with a previous client outweighs twenty quotes.

Can I speak with a current client?
Where a client has agreed to act as a reference for their category, yes. We ask permission each time rather than keeping a standing list.
Why are there placeholders on this page?
Because consent is still being collected. We would rather show an honest placeholder than invent a quote.
Do you offer anything in exchange for a testimonial?
No. Incentivised feedback is not feedback.
Can I stay anonymous if I give feedback?
You can, and it will simply not be published. Internal feedback still shapes how we work.
