Our policies, written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Everything below is stated in plain language. Where a document is still with counsel it is marked as such rather than presented as final.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to answer you and run a project: your name, email address, the details you send about your book, and correspondence relating to the work.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Manuscripts and unpublished material are treated as confidential and shared only with colleagues or contracted contributors bound by confidentiality terms.

You may request a copy of the data we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting or contractual reasons. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.

Terms of Service

Services are provided under a written scope document that states deliverables, dates, costs or splits, and the named leads responsible. The scope prevails over anything stated on this website.

You confirm that you hold the rights you ask us to work with. We rely on that confirmation when translating, licensing, producing or distributing a title.

Either party may end an engagement at the close of a stage. Delivered work is invoiced and released to you; work not started is not charged.

Cookie Policy

This site uses only cookies necessary for its basic operation and for remembering your light or dark theme preference. That preference is stored in your browser.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. If analytics are introduced, this page will state which provider is used and how to opt out before it goes live.

DMCA & Infringement Policy

We respect copyright and act on credible notices. To report material you believe infringes your rights, email us with identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.

We will acknowledge a valid notice, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and notify the party who supplied it so they may respond with a counter-notice.

Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site uses semantic structure, visible focus indicators, keyboard-operable navigation, sufficient colour contrast in both themes, and reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer it.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a completed task. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, tell us what happened and which assistive technology you use, and we will fix it and reply with what changed.

Ethical Publishing Commitment

We do not charge authors for reading their work, publish fabricated reviews, claim awards or certifications we do not hold, or promise sales figures that nobody can guarantee.

We tell authors when a book is not ready or when a market is unrealistic, even when saying so costs us the engagement. Translators, narrators and editors are credited and paid on agreed terms.

Security & Data Handling

The site is served over HTTPS. Forms validate input, and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted in transit. Client portal access is credential-based with session expiry.

Manuscript files are exchanged through access-controlled links rather than public storage, and access is removed when a project closes.
